A city resolution is a decision or statement a city council makes to address a specific matter. Resolutions are often used to express opinions, make policy recommendations, or handle administrative tasks. They are less formal than ordinances, which create laws or authorize actions.
When a new city resolution is adopted, it will be listed here. We will maintain this list of ordinances for four years (thank you for your patience as we build out this page). Resolutions older than four years can be obtained through an open records request in the Somerset City Clerk’s Office.
